Managing Director - Portsmouth, NH
Dave comes from nearly 30 years as an operating principal of Garvey & Company Ltd., a full service real estate business providing services in Appraisal, Brokerage, Consulting and Development. His commercial experience is extensive and he has shown proven success as an entrepreneur, business leader and community leader.

Dave is a proven leader of character and integrity, and demands excellence as a standard. With three decades of commercial real estate experience in Brokerage, Appraisal, Construction and Development, Dave has a proven record of building business from the ground up and providing strategies for success for a diverse group of clients. He believes that education is a lifelong pursuit. 

Dave Garvey has a diverse background, including twenty five years as a licensed commercial Appraiser, licensed as a Broker since 1982, has specialized in land and commercial since 1986. He has also worked as a Consultant obtaining approvals for numerous projects throughout the seacoast, taking them from inception to completion. Dave has completed numerous H&B Use analyses, project feasibility analysis and provided guidance for strategic acquisition or divestiture plans for his private and public clients. Dave has also served as an expert witness in several cases, including eminent domain.

A s a KW Commercial broker, Dave provides a full range of services to a diverse group of clients, including investment services and specialty property. He has a specialty of Student Housing , having a long history with student housing in the Durham area, and beyond, including sales, management and consulting as well as tax abatements. He has resided in the seacoast since 1976. He currently has active projects working on student housing throughout the northeast and Canada. 


Director - North Central, MA
Duncan comes from over 30 years of commercial and corporate real estate experience. He joined KW after eight years as President of Northeast Real Estate Solutions, Inc., a New England based real estate brokerage and consulting firm. His experience includes clients such as Texas Instruments, Kaman Aerospace and Cisco Systems, as well as, government clients at the federal, state & municipal levels. 

Duncan is a community leader, serves as a Commission on the Devens Enterprise Commission and is a retired Army Officer. Duncan has succeeded in completing complex projects for a diverse group of clients and organizations.

Chris has over 24 years of extensive experience in large-scale property portfolio management. Chris provides his clients specialized knowledge with institutional-scale lease negotiations, asset management, financial reporting, lease administration, real estate development, due diligence and property management.

Chris’ expertise allows him to advise government entities on a variety of options for their resources and his diverse background is a great resource for any client.

Commercial Associate
Having joined Keller Williams in 2018, Collin brings his facilities management and construction experience to provide a unique operational perspective to buyers and sellers. Collin holds a license in NH real estate and MA Construction Supervision.

Collin grew up in the Merrimack Valley and currently resides near Newburyport, MA. He is a 2012 graduate of the Massachusetts Maritime Academy with a Facilities Engineering degree and has progressed in the Commercial Property Management industry since graduating. Currently, Collin spends the bulk of his time managing a single tenant 850,000 sq. ft. facility. Additionally, Collin owns and manages multiple residential properties in New England and dabbles in consulting and coaching high school and college entrepreneurs. Collin's knowledge and experience with the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades, makes him a valuable resource for determining property conditions and operational budgets. 

Associate Broker
Ethan Ash is an Associate Broker and has been working in Real Estate Development and Management since he graduated the University of New Hampshire. After focusing in student housing he joined the KW commercial team in 2016, bringing his marketing and management knowledge and enthusiasm.

As a life-long resident of New Hampshire, growing up in the lakes region and studying as well as working on the seacoast, Ethan knows this area, know this industry, and understand small business’ needs.

His passion to help grow his family's business led him to study marketing and management in school and compete in business start-up competitions while at UNH. His first job out of school helped a very small development firm triple their portfolio in just 2 years.

Mark has a Masters in Intercultural Management and twenty years in the high tech field as senior level business development professional. Mark is also a highly skilled woodworker with broad experience in home building, restoration, boat building, and design and building wooden furniture. Mark was one of the craftsman for Martha Stewart’s show house to benefit the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp Fund, a charity for seriously ill children founded by Stewart's Westport neighbor, Paul Newman. 

Mark and his family has been living in the Seacoast area of Maine and New Hampshire for nearly two decades, after having lived throughout the country and abroad in India, Colombia, West Indies, and Nova Scotia. 

Mark is a licensed real estate salesperson in the states of New Hampshire and Maine.

Rick brings over 20 years of Project Management experience in ISO 9000 environments, along with over 10 years as an entrepreneur creating small businesses from creation through profitability.

Rick has his MA Real Estate License along with a MA Construction Supervisor License (CSL), which means you'll receive expertise from site location through build out. Rick has a proven record of providing strategies for success for a diverse group of clients.
